Gary Honis will be held harmless from any and all responsibility and liability resulting from sending the hand controller and from all possible damage resulting either directly or indirectly from the modification service. It is understood that Gary Honis disclaims any written or implied warranties or merchantability or fitness of the modified hand controller and wireless system for any particular purpose. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Gary Honis harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs, and expenses arising from the modification service and wireless system.
